Terms of service

These terms apply when you use VoiceWire Interview, run by VoiceWire (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
VoiceWire Interview lets you practise job interviews by voice with an AI interviewer and get an automated feedback report. It is a practice tool. Scores and feedback are generated by AI, can be wrong, and are not a prediction or guarantee of any hiring outcome.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Mock interviews, credits and passes
- New accounts get 2 free mock interviews.
- A credit pack gives you a set number of interviews. Credits do not expire.
- A 30-day pass gives unlimited interviews for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew automatically.
- One interview uses one credit when it starts. If an interview can't be scored, or you leave before answering anything, the credit is returned automatically.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
No refunds
All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, including for unused credits or unused time on a pass, except where applicable law gives you a right to one. Please use your 2 free mock interviews to decide whether the service suits you before you buy.
This does not affect the automatic return of credits: if an interview can't be scored, or ends before you answered anything, its credit goes back to your account.
Your content
You own your CV, your answers and your recordings. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload a CV that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
Sharing results
If you share a result card, it is visible to anyone with the link, showing only the details you chose. You can stop sharing at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- Don't use it to create unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
- Don't resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.
- Don't present an AI-generated score as an official assessment or qualification.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you or others make based on the feedback, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@voicewire.tech. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If we change them, we will update the date above and tell you about significant changes before they apply.
